What to Expect: Get ready for a 45 minute bootcamp workout like you have never experienced for! This bootcamp is great for all levels and modifications will be offered. The Tabata protocol uses bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, crunches, planks, mountain climbers, or really any other bodyweight exercise you can think of. In this bootcamp you will be given creative "Tabata" intervals in which you give all out effort for 20 seconds with a 10 second recovery. No choreography, just pushing yourself to be your best!
All fitness levels can do this! This bootcamp group class is designed to get you in to top shape by working every muscle in your body. This class combines strength exercises with cardio intervals so that you are getting an efficient workout in one hour. You can expect to lose weight, increase muscle mass, and feel better in your clothes. This bootcamp is limited to 8 participants in order to ensure that Jodi is able to give you the best instruction.
